    • Organising, participating and contributing to Portsoken Community events:
      • Eid, Halloween and Christmas Celebrations
      • Mansell Street Estate Garden Competition
      • Portsoken Gardening and Chess Clubs
      • Tai Chi classes for residents in the Greenbox
      • Fundays and Podium Party
      • Fruit Picking trip and other residents’ outings
      • Spanish – English learning classes with socials
    • Mentoring c.20 young people from Portsoken in one-to-one sessions on higher education, careers and jobs advice to help them realise their full potential
    • Training courses an qualifications for residents, including Food Safety and Catering courses
    • Providing opportunities for Portsoken resident to attend City events including: Lord Mayor’s Dragon Awards at the Mansion House; State Banquet at the Mansion House; Remembrance Day Service at St Paul’s Cathedral; Silent Ceremony at the Guildhall Hall; and Portsoken Ward Club events including Quiz Night, Colombian Fiesta Evening
    • Recognising community champions with GMC awards
  • Supporting Portsoken businesses and organisations daily since 2000:
    • Mumbai Square, La Piazzetta, Tiffinbox, Nisa newsagents, Co-op, Jads Hairdressing, Virgin Minories Gymm local Post Officem Sir John Cass’s Foundation Primary School, St Botolph Church and more
    • Sharing business expertise with SMEs in the area, including Oasis Cafe and Jads Hairdressing
